Exterior Sales Representative – Leads + Events Provided | Uncapped Commission
Kyline Consulting is an established exterior construction company expanding into new territories.
We are currently building our sales team and looking for motivated, construction-savvy Sales Representatives who want strong earning potential and long-term growth opportunity.
This is a commission-only role with uncapped income and company-supported trade show and lead opportunities.
💰 Earning Potential
• Average project size: $12,000–$25,000+
• Commission structure based on experience, performance, and level of project involvement
• No cap on earnings
• Realistic earning potential: $70K–$150K+
Reps who are able to confidently manage projects from signed contract through completion have the opportunity to earn at higher commission levels.

What We’re Looking For
• Background in roofing, siding, windows, remodeling, or exterior construction
• OR in-home sales experience (HVAC, solar, restoration, etc.)
• Strong understanding of construction workflows
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
• Reliable transportation
